The partners and managers have created a unique work environment - casual dress, stocked fridge, relaxed and collaborative feel, and amazing benefits make the late nights not only worth it, but enjoyable.
Cons
There is a high turnover rate in D.C. and the digital political world in general, which does make for lots of team and manager changes. However, Mothership does a wonderful job investing in employees from the beginning and even provides career coaching to ensure that each individual is getting the most out of their job and set up to succeed and grow.
