Pros

I'm a fairly new strategist and coming to Mothership after reading some of the Glassdoor reviews, I must admit I was a little nervous bc the reviews were quite negative. But my entire interview experience was a pleasant and positive one, everyone I communicated with from HR, to the hiring managers were so warm, informative and positive that I decided to accept the offer and I'm very glad I did. My team and manager are great people, and when I had my 1:1 with Greg when I first started you can tell he's really passionate about the company and really cares about staff. Leadership is really accessible and always willing to jump in and help. My advice to anyone who's considering applying to work for Mothership and is turned off by the reviews on here is interview, ask questions, and make a judgement for yourself. I've been really pleased and impressed with management and leadership so far.
