Pros
The design team here is a well oiled machine. The manager, Khadija Musa is really amazing at listening to your needs as a designer and finding ways to make sure you succeed the best you can in that space. The team itself is very collaborative and innovative, and as an entry level designer you will learn a lot of helpful skills that you can carry with you any where.
Cons
It is REALLY REALLY fast paces, a lot of work to do per day and because of the nature of the work, it can be unpredictable how much work you do in a day. For example, when a SCOTUS judge announced his resignation suddenly, we had to make a lot of rapid response graphics about that as it was happening.
