Low yearly raises, not enough to keep up with cost of living Felt like when an employee left, or moved up within the company, we never had enough in the budget to fill that position. So, less employees, same amount of work.

Cons

Management is limited in what they can do. If you’re needing a promotion, a raise, or an accommodation, it needs to move up the chain.

Poor upper management, wasteful spending on depts that don't support customer focus, hr policies that protect lazyness and unfair promotion practice.
