Pros
Management doesn’t micro manage. Able to learn new software and coding styles. Able to work remote 2 days a week and as need for certain cases. Low stress once you learn the data and client needs.
Cons
The only con might be that it’s such a large company sometimes code changes are made for one team that negatively effect another team but this is rare.
