Culture makes it difficult for lesser seniority sellers yo make a living. The other two sellers in my branch have 4-6 million dollars in gross revenues for their territory and I have $500,000, with no prospects for that to change. Make sure if you take a sales job with Motion, it’s because someone is retiring and you’re getting their territory.
