Pros

Being able to connect locally with regular customers and make connections.

Cons

You are always being micro-managed and have to have multiple roles with no attempt at becoming fully staffed. The only way to get a promotion is being buddy buddy with manager. And last but not least, having to deal with some irrational customers.

Wonderful place to be. The team morale is high and management is continuously looking to do everything they can for people.

Cons

Management is limited in what they can do. If you’re needing a promotion, a raise, or an accommodation, it needs to move up the chain.
