Pros
Warehouse crew is awesome! Vendor relationships are strong. We work Monday thru Friday. Their is an abundance of food. Benefits are good. Pay is ok (after I asked for it.)
Cons
Processes are not consistent, training is minimal, feedback is ignored unless you are a senior employee. Staff "works from home" when they dont want to come in, leaving the rest of us to manage the phones and day to day responsibilities. The sales team isn't treated equally, most are talked about and made fun of. The office is in a bad area of town, the building is old along with the furniture and break room. There are no chances of promotions, I had to ask for more money when my office moved (which I did alone!). I hurt myself during the move and was denied reimbursement, furthermore management didn't offer to step up and help with the process. I lost many accounts, coworkers, responsibilities and most of all respect. I had no say so in any of this. The manager tells things she shouldn't about private matters with other employees. The morale is very stagnant right now. Sales gets full credit for growth, some customers don't even know their salesperson. My relationships with customers that bring new revenue has gone unnoticed. This has all been very hard.
