Pros

Some opportunity for growth. But limited at branch level. Motion as a corp provided lots of education opportunities & personal well being tools. Good benefits as far as paid time off etc.

Cons

Division and upper management didn’t seem to care or address comp policy issues on the branch level. Hourly workers treated like kids. Be seen and not heard. If they are heard then they’re punished without viable cause. Confidentiality was not honored!

Wonderful place to be. The team morale is high and management is continuously looking to do everything they can for people.

Cons

Management is limited in what they can do. If you’re needing a promotion, a raise, or an accommodation, it needs to move up the chain.

Poor upper management, wasteful spending on depts that don't support customer focus, hr policies that protect lazyness and unfair promotion practice.
