Pros
An innovative, driven, ambitious, place where you can sink your teeth in and go far. Lots of training, great coworkers, and support from upper management. This is a great spot for someone in their first couple of years out of school who want to learn business acumen, be part of a team and enjoy socializing. This is a good work hard, play hard, get rewarded for it type of company and I love that about it.
Cons
It's a sales environment, success is measured in numbers, but intangible skills can go overlooked. Needs more diversity in leadership/upper management.
