Easy interview process. Recruiter worked for me and wanted to see my get the job.

Only con was it took a while to finally start the job, but that wasn't Motion's fault.

If you're a recent grad and are just looking to get your first job and then transition, this place is a great option. You will learn so much about life/work in a very short amount of time. There are some good folks in there, but a lot of them have sadly left. You are the salesperson and the recruiter, so you don't split your commission with anybody (after your 10 placements). If you like the Wolf of Wall Street sales vibe, you'll probably love it here. A lot of folks have gone on to start their own successful staffing firms after their time here.

High turnover, low/pyramid-style compensation, panopticon office environment/culture, cliquey. You will make 50k/year + a few hundred dollars for each placement until you hit 10. Even if you're good at the job, after taxes & deductions, you will not break 2.5k/month for at least a year & 1/2. Way too many HR violations to count, though the HR department is virtually nonexistent. 90% sales (majority cold-calling) and 10% recruiting. On that end, if the idea of being told to f-off and hung up on 2 feet away from your manager does not sound like something you could do 45/50 hours a week, please get another job.
