Right now with our new products and our brand recognition within our space, Motionsoft is in a prime position to further the high growth trajectory it has experienced over the last several years. The leadership of the CEO alongside the EVPs of Marketing and Financial Services have provided a vision and leadership that makes all employees and staff feel they are a part of something special.

Cons

Lack of proper mentorship, there could be more support and leadership for the sales team. Operations could be improved further.

Office affairs, people sleeping with senior leadership to pave their way into favoritism and positions of power. Lack of trust and transparency. Terrible culture.
