Credit eating middle managers. If you look at reviews they are 98% from men so no wonder they think there is great inclusion and diversity and there are only 7 parents. Women are being systemically pushed out. There is heavy gender discrimination especially in enablement. If you raise a concern to HR they will dismiss it saying we don't think your evidence is enough and then victim blaming is very common. Middle management commonly says to give women non data work coz they aren't great with it.
