Pros

- The culture is one that is ego averse and collaborative which is great. The AEs here come from different backgrounds so everyone has best practices to share. Everyone is about team work and us winning together. - The CEO has a great vision for the company that everyone has jumped on board with. I've worked for very large companies in the past and working for a startup is new but I have to say this is by far the best role I've had because I'm learning a lot and working with people that are all on the same page with company goals. - The Nashville office has great energy and is overlooking downtown. - Work/life balance is good. Although there's always work to do the next day it's not so overwhelming that you feel like work never stops. - The Nashville and SF teams have volunteer team outings and attend events together so you feel like you're part of a family. - The management team holds you accountable to your number and will support you throughout the sales process. They are huge on support and collaboration. - The Nashville office is growing rapidly so career opportunities are very high.

Cons

- Processes are being developed constantly, which isn't really a con, but expect to see changes as management figures out what works and doesn't. - Also not a con, but you will have to work hard if you want to succeed. This is a highly competitive industry so working hard is a must.

Pros

The people are the strongest part of the company. I’ve worked with talented, supportive teammates across product, sales, marketing, and design who genuinely care about solving difficult problems for customers. The mission is meaningful, and there are opportunities to work on products that have real-world impact. The pace is fast, which can be exciting if you enjoy building quickly and wearing multiple hats. There is also plenty of room to grow and take on responsibility if you’re proactive.

Cons

The company has grown quickly, and it sometimes feels like the organization hasn’t fully caught up. Priorities shift frequently, which can make long-term planning difficult and leave teams feeling reactive instead of strategic. Workloads can be heavy, and sustained urgency has led to burnout in parts of the organization. Communication between leadership and teams could be more consistent, especially around the reasoning behind major decisions and organizational changes.
