Pros
- People & Culture: We set a high bar for hiring. Not only do we want smart/hard-working team members, but we want folks that are low-ego and easy to work with. It's a breath of fresh air. - Leadership: Smart, metrics driven, etc... typical for startups, but two things set them apart - 1. A strong vision for where we're headed and 2. They're humble and open to feedback, which trickles down to the rest of the company - Opportunity: We're not just about compliance anymore and the direction we're headed is extremely exciting. This means lots of growth opportunities within.
Cons
Growing too quickly has some downsides. The good news is that we're shoring up those gaps so that we can continue to grow at a rapid pace.
