Pros

I worked in KT as a software engineer only for around 4 months.. But out of my 7 years as a software engineer it was the best team and best company I had worked for..I don’t know whether I will get to work for another company like KT or KT itself in future but I really loved most of my time at KT. Unfortunately, I wanted to relocate and also had my life situations/priorities. Great Company in terms problem which is being solved. Company is growing rapidly could be the next big thing. Great Culture Brilliant team(all teams including Managers/Technical colleagues/HR/immigration/workplace etc) Shoaib(CEO) Work Life Balance Positive atmosphere. Transparent for most of the parts. Awesome healthy food/fruits and snacks Nice office at Hawthorne Average to Decent Pay

Cons

Sometimes you get occupied in meetings for half of the day. Pay/benefits can be better, based on employee situations as well. No Sign-on or major monetary benefits apart from Salary

Pros

The people are the strongest part of the company. I’ve worked with talented, supportive teammates across product, sales, marketing, and design who genuinely care about solving difficult problems for customers. The mission is meaningful, and there are opportunities to work on products that have real-world impact. The pace is fast, which can be exciting if you enjoy building quickly and wearing multiple hats. There is also plenty of room to grow and take on responsibility if you’re proactive.

Cons

The company has grown quickly, and it sometimes feels like the organization hasn’t fully caught up. Priorities shift frequently, which can make long-term planning difficult and leave teams feeling reactive instead of strategic. Workloads can be heavy, and sustained urgency has led to burnout in parts of the organization. Communication between leadership and teams could be more consistent, especially around the reasoning behind major decisions and organizational changes.
