A collaborative work environment. Great peers and colleagues.
Cons
This is not a people first, customer centric company. People on the senior leadership team are greedy and inexperienced. The product is unstable, support and professional services under deliver, and the list goes on. Instead of looking for ways to improve the ongoing challenges, they prefer to put a bandaid over it. There is no job security and employees impacted by the recent mass lay off were treated in the most inhumane way possible and the exact representation of how little they care about their employees. Think twice before accepting a position at Motive.
