Cons
Micromanagement, inexperienced managers, zero training other than the computer systems. Tell you one thing and do another. HR, Management and anyone above regular employee will not listen to employees. No mentoring! Unlimited PTO is a joke. It is offered as incentive but manager has right to approve or not. Guess what...usually they don't approve. When you do leave, I promise you will!! Even if you have been there for awhile, there is no stored vacation time to get paid out. Don't trust any company that says unlimited PTO. If you have seniority at your current company (I had 9 years!) Don't leave. Their grass is dead, painted green! if you know what I mean. :)
