1. Good gatherings and exposure. 2. Remote 3. Great learning initiatives by international management 4. Great Offices.

Cons

1. Highly political and full of all kind of biases in pakistani management, including the HR but especially in support and trial coordinator senior management. 2. No work-life balance. 3. Those who are favourites of the director will get promoted in tier 1 support and those who aren't will be forced to resign. 4. Management keeps the grudge and exploits employees. 5. Culture of Favortism and Favours is very very common. 6. There's zero value of the hard work and dedication towards work. 7. There's no criteria for promotion for past two years, They will do whatever they want and promote whoever they like. 8. It got more toxic from past two years before that there was still some value of hardwork. You will find only a few qualified and eligible associate managers( those who were probably promoted 2-4 years ago)

The people are the strongest part of the company. I’ve worked with talented, supportive teammates across product, sales, marketing, and design who genuinely care about solving difficult problems for customers. The mission is meaningful, and there are opportunities to work on products that have real-world impact. The pace is fast, which can be exciting if you enjoy building quickly and wearing multiple hats. There is also plenty of room to grow and take on responsibility if you’re proactive.

Cons

The company has grown quickly, and it sometimes feels like the organization hasn’t fully caught up. Priorities shift frequently, which can make long-term planning difficult and leave teams feeling reactive instead of strategic. Workloads can be heavy, and sustained urgency has led to burnout in parts of the organization. Communication between leadership and teams could be more consistent, especially around the reasoning behind major decisions and organizational changes.
