Pros

- great work culture - great work atmosphere - great people - unlimited opportunities to grow (in my case started from Junior Developer - now Development Lead of 5 Development Teams) - Great not job related activities like CSR and others

Cons

- hierarchy structure -> it took me 10 years to be in the place where when hierarchy became more, less flat - Moto-timing - in some departments it took so long to DO something. A lot of talking and process bullsitting before something is DONE - hopefully I'm observing it's is slightly changing to much more Agile approach but depending on department and stakeholders you are working with

Culture, Camaraderie, Travel, Always evolving, Uses Skillbridge.

Cons

In my role, the only con I can even think of is Involving training teams in product development to get to know products as they are introduced.

Unlimited PTO, understanding management staff.

Cons

Onboarding was a nightmare - poorly structured, not enough training, and when I went live with customers I inherited several tickets I wasn't prepared to handle on my own.
