      Excellent products and solutions for mobility within Government and Enterprise making Motorola Solutions the absolute thought and technology leader in these markets. Management with long term vision and clear strategy. Truly global company with open minded people. Everybody has the same goal in mind and does everything to help each other to achieve this goal.

      Cons

      Sometimes slow moving and too much procedures and bureaucracy. There can be politics as well as with any large corporation.

      Pros

      I highly value the autonomy I am given to manage my own workload, and I thoroughly enjoy collaborating with several of my talented colleagues.

      Cons

      That independence comes at a cost. The company is incredibly disorganized and siloed. Management will force lateral moves on you without asking; I've ended up balancing four different roles with absolutely no pay increase. Requests for fair compensation compared to the peers I trained were completely ignored. Territories change constantly, but zero training is provided. You are essentially left entirely on your own to figure it out.

      Thanks for your review. We regularly review employee compensation to make sure it is competitive with local market practices in the industries and countries where we operate. Additionally, all Motorola Solutions employees participate in an annual incentive plan or a sales incentive plan. That said, we appreciate your feedback and have made a note of it.
