Easy work. Little pressure. Equalitarianism. All the jobs here has no challenge. You just screw the boring work time.
Cons
No passion. Huge, no useful process. No one like new techonology, new idea here, esepically the managment team. Most manager here like everything unchanged, just keep their position. No new field, just old business. No innovation.
