Pros
Work as a team and the team is really helpful. You will not be alone even working in midnight / weekends. Someone will be there to help. Moto encourages Innovation & Teamwork. Technical Sharing was held at least twice a year and your can get awarded for best submission.
Cons
Project rushing, team has to work OT to achieve the BLUE status. Oh ya, the process is about 70% of your work, either documentation / coding. If you are an intent, better to be self motivated / starter; most of the time you will be assigned with a "task" without monitoring. As everybody are busy with their task.
