      - Helpful seniors and colleagues when you face blockages in your task - Flexible working hours + ability to work in hybrid environment

      - Technical knowledge learned in this workplace is seldom used outside of this company. - Unfulfilled promises such as salary adjustment. Increments do not adjust with the recent rapid inflation. - Ever since the Covid lockdown, benefits are slowly being stripped away from employees.

      Pros

      I highly value the autonomy I am given to manage my own workload, and I thoroughly enjoy collaborating with several of my talented colleagues.

      Cons

      That independence comes at a cost. The company is incredibly disorganized and siloed. Management will force lateral moves on you without asking; I've ended up balancing four different roles with absolutely no pay increase. Requests for fair compensation compared to the peers I trained were completely ignored. Territories change constantly, but zero training is provided. You are essentially left entirely on your own to figure it out.

      Thanks for your review. We regularly review employee compensation to make sure it is competitive with local market practices in the industries and countries where we operate. Additionally, all Motorola Solutions employees participate in an annual incentive plan or a sales incentive plan. That said, we appreciate your feedback and have made a note of it.
