Pros
Good salary, great working environment with plenty of opportunities to collaborate with a diverse range of divisions. The internal communications system is especially usefully to share ideas globally across teams, offices and practices. The training is good and the management/HR invest heavily into discussing your career development and goals. Within the office the range and depth of knowledge is staggering. Cross communication between divisions is actively encouraged creating an environment where is is almost impossible not to finish the day without learning something new.
Cons
It took a while to get used to booking to job codes to the time sheet at the end of the week. This was especially tricky when starting since a lot of the time is spent doing generic training. However the management do provide solutions to where to book your time.
