- Brand in your CV - Benefits package (except bonus)
Cons
- Power division does not behave internationals friendly and welcoming, especially half of the HR department - Your career progress is not their concern. Even if you put effort, they see it's decreasing utilisation rates - It's not employee owned unlike they advertised, it's management owned. Only certain grades can buy shares, and they are normally senior project managers, senior engineers etc. - Global reputation is decreasing mostly because everyone started to know how they behave their employees, even local ones. - The bonus is not enough comparing to your competitors. - Long working hours is well-known fact within and outside the company.
