Pros
Good initial exposure as a graduate to clients and projects. You can join on a decent wage depending on the team you come in at. The culture and people within teams is good, not necessarily reflected in management though.
Cons
HR are very inflexible and cold, dont bother going for an internal job unless in June or Dec otherwise you wont get a promotion or payrise. No payrises or promotions insight anyway with covid. Loads of redundancies during covid, simply for SLT to re-hire a load of new grads and retrain, very poor resource management. Salary and progression is very slow, and behind the market, most grads leave after 1-2 years. Company has an hour glass structure, lots of lower grades and lots of higher grades, there are very few in the middle as retention is poor. They say employee owned, but really only grades E and above are invited to buy shares.
