Pros
The offices are well positioned and very professional. The company expects employees to work well past the minimum working day or you don't get on. There also seems to be a favourites culture that gives share options to certain members of staff and not others. Holidays are some of the lowest in the industry at the bare 20 days. Work performance is not rewarded as it should be and there is a tell tale ethos in the company that is acted on without substantiation.
Cons
Pension is reasonable, but the rest oif the package is no better than any where else. Training seems to be hard to obtain, unless you are one of the 'chosen ones'.
