We do review the salary of all UK employees on an annual basis. This is also encouraged within the quarterly catch-up with your line manager in line with the career goals you set together. We also offer two annual financial rewards, one company performance-based and one based on individual performance - nominated by line managers for additional reward and recognition.
For additional career guidance and support, we also provide the opportunity to all colleagues across the group to select a mentor of their choice, fund external training, and annual memberships.
We actively embrace and promote agile working and our colleagues have really felt the benefit. We do also see value and benefit of people maintaining a presence in the office in terms of collaboration, learning, and culture therefore we anticipate hybrid working in the future.
