Cons
In COVID senior management appeared to become bloated and a culture of faux-transparency was adopted. Recent restructure of the UK business affected some teams for the worse and led to a lack of purpose and direction. No consistency between managerial approaches and teams creates wildly different experiences between employees. Inconsistent pay and average in terms of flexible working.
