Pros
Hired as part of wave for growing OSW team. Learned a great deal about the OSW industry as consultant, what the needs are, how to support developers. Much flexibility in terms of how and when to put in billable hours.
Cons
Billable hours stict quota. Sometimes lack of communication between PMs and support staff on expectations. Placed outside of my area of expertise multiple times because of lack of work within OSW.
