Pros
Reputable international organization. HR management is well organized and they offer enough support and protection to the employees from the first moment of joining . I don't see any pros else at this organization.
Cons
Terrible , Unfair , Tough , Hopeless and Micro management, unless you are one of UK folks then you will get the full support from them ! Salary is less in compared to other international consulting firm. Their business at GCC are obviously limited .And most of their projects are intensive short term . No Bonus. No reasonable increment ! Sorry to say it is unsuccessful organization namely at GCC !!
