Very strong infrastructure company. If your interest is in water and waste water engineering or tunnelling then this is a good place for you.
Cons
Recent new CEO for North America has shaken things up. He has brought in colleagues from his former place of employment and is trying to change the business model up. As a result a lot of good leaders and employees have left. They are backing away from work from longstanding good clients because the fees aren't big enough. This is causing a lot of good clients to find other consultants. Very over reaching IT restrictions make performing simple tasks more difficult and puts many un-necessary hurdles in performing ones duties. Very over bearing accounting department. Constant harassment about over spending the budget and trying to make as much profit as possible. Finally, they combined vacation time and sick leave into PTO and then took a week away from everybody. Supposedly to make them more competitive with other engineering firms.
