Work from home, but then again most software companies are offering this
Cons
Where to start…sales leadership is a mess. Micro-management is an understatement. You’re basically a glorified BDR; they expect a minimum of 60 cold calls per day/300 per week. If you don’t, you’ll go on PIP. During the interview process, was told 70% of the sales team achieved plan…it’s more like 20%. Leadership expects 1 month sales cycle when in reality it is 3+ months. Big disconnect from C-suite. Compensation is way under market. A lot of churn over the past year…40+ sales folks have left, not including BDRs. Management doesn’t care about you, your career progression; you’re fully expendable. Last business review, C-level called this out. The company is seriously underperforming. Obviously turnover is driving this problem. Product is very niche and deals are being priced lower due to new competitors; no real differentiation. Many people have been here for 10+ years prior to the merger. If you are not part of the inner circle, they don’t care about you.
