Cons

Favoritism, dirty, dangerous, and they expect way too much out of people. Trainers train people wrong on purpose so they don’t lose their overtime.

Pros

Lots of days off due to different work schedule. 36 hours one week then 48 the following week. Easy going coworkers and very lenient supervisors until you become experienced and know what you are doing. Perfect attendance bonus and possibility of earning 2 personal days for perfect attendance.

Cons

12 Hour shifts can be tough very physically demanding.
