      honestly, none that i can think of

      Cons

      Little to no structure, a lot of petty politics, you'll be overworked and very underpaid. Sub par benefits, no bonus, slow career mobility and no resources tailored to career growth.

      Good base pay, 6% for your 403b.

      It is a large hospital somewhat disorganized.

      Pros

      salary pay instead of hourly so you still get the same paycheck on a month you took vacation. good for new grads to get experience with chronically sick patients.

      Cons

      PA leadership is unsupportive and the hospital admins care more about patients who have donated money to the hospital. pay is low compared to NYC PAs as a whole. and patients’ behavior is a problem.
