Pros
Good health care and vacation benefits. Lots of new alternative job opportunities. Generally good atmosphere. Excellent free training opportunities in personal development conflict solutions etc. Very good Employee Assistance Program.
Cons
It´s a huge hospital, so I can´t generalize, but in my unit there were severe internal conflicts, competition, disorganization and lack of communication with other clinics and programs. The hospital is too focused on making money and too little interested in taking care of clients. But this is the American system.
