Terrible management. Out of touch with the rest of the staff. Physicians have no respect for their staff. As managers, we have no control over absolutely anything, but are constantly blamed for everything. Trust me, this place is going down in flames. Even with the recent merger of Mount Sinai, they are still going nowhere. Money is being shoveled out the door every day on wasteful projects and fat-cat physicians who do little/no work. Everyone is trying to get out of here. Everyone (and I mean everyone) is trying to leave.
