Pros
The only pro are the lower level non supervisory employees but the culture of this place is totally about whites and males above all, and everything else is secondary, including reputation, competency, education, background, and so on.
Cons
The entire place is a zoo, disorganized and dysfunctional. A lot of the sensitive leadership positions are given to certain types of people who cover up stuff for the hospital and could not care less about anything other than lining their pockets. The entire culture is aimed towards this goals for the board of trustees and the leadership.
