Human Resources Department - Anonymous employee Mount Sinai Health System Employee Review

Suppose to be paperless but Director prints out everything. Also they don’t properly train you because they have so much work and are unorganized. You are told what to do and what not to do when you make a mistake. Also Director is not a team player, she retains a lot of the work. Treats me like an intern than part of her team. No room for growth in this location.
