Pros

CEO is a decent and honest man. There were company picnics and holiday parties to try and boost morale. Rob Norton is a stand up man!

Cons

CEO has no idea the inner-workings of the "cliques." Everyone tends to be out to get each other, no support from management. Quite the opposite, management pushes you down instead of lifting you up. Everyone gossips! Each department is like it's own company and seem to be pitted against each other. No appreciation for employees whether you are new or been there 20 years. Management (from VP and down) enjoy making fun of employees and telling stories about employees (past and present).

Pros

Working here has been one of the most rewarding professional experiences of my career. From day one, I felt welcomed, valued, and empowered to contribute meaningfully. The leadership team genuinely cares about employee well-being and growth, and it shows in everything—from transparent communication to generous support for professional development. The culture is collaborative, inclusive, and energizing. People are not just colleagues—they’re mentors, cheerleaders, and friends. Innovation is encouraged, and great ideas are celebrated regardless of your title or tenure. Work-life balance is respected, and flexibility is built into the way we work. The benefits are competitive, and the perks (like team events, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives) make it clear that this company invests in its people. If you're looking for a place where you can grow, be challenged, and feel truly appreciated, this is it.

Cons

As with any fast-paced and growing company, things can move quickly and priorities may shift. This can be challenging for those who prefer a more structured or predictable environment. However, the leadership team is receptive to feedback and continuously works to improve communication and clarity.
