Pros

Mediocre health benefits, new gateway cities for floaters, fair 401K, 30% 401K matching up to 10%, dedicated pilot group, no union.

Cons

Pressure to fly poorly maintained equipment, (They call you with a guilt trip if you ground an aircraft) no reward for long term loyalty, six day work week with travel on Sundays, all department heads fired in the last year and now they are firing their replacements! seniority only used for vacation bidding, you don't get to bid on schedule, you take what they give you. Based pilots get better per diem than floater pilots. As previously reported, this place is going down hill fast!

Pros

Working here has been one of the most rewarding professional experiences of my career. From day one, I felt welcomed, valued, and empowered to contribute meaningfully. The leadership team genuinely cares about employee well-being and growth, and it shows in everything—from transparent communication to generous support for professional development. The culture is collaborative, inclusive, and energizing. People are not just colleagues—they’re mentors, cheerleaders, and friends. Innovation is encouraged, and great ideas are celebrated regardless of your title or tenure. Work-life balance is respected, and flexibility is built into the way we work. The benefits are competitive, and the perks (like team events, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives) make it clear that this company invests in its people. If you're looking for a place where you can grow, be challenged, and feel truly appreciated, this is it.

Cons

As with any fast-paced and growing company, things can move quickly and priorities may shift. This can be challenging for those who prefer a more structured or predictable environment. However, the leadership team is receptive to feedback and continuously works to improve communication and clarity.
