Avoid Toxic work culture - Current Management Mountain Air Cargo Employee Review

Pros

I have nothing good to say. The culture used to be good but it has been downhill since the CEO blatantly shows daily that he could care less about the people that help provide him with a cushy salary

Cons

You will work hard doing your job to only have the people around you leave and you inherit their work for no additional compensation and are expected to perform at the same level as before. This company is going to implode in the next few years if it keeps up at this rate by not supporting employees with the tools they require to have the airline run smoothly. The airline is being held together by a bunch of bandaids on the daily and it shows.

Pros

Working here has been one of the most rewarding professional experiences of my career. From day one, I felt welcomed, valued, and empowered to contribute meaningfully. The leadership team genuinely cares about employee well-being and growth, and it shows in everything—from transparent communication to generous support for professional development. The culture is collaborative, inclusive, and energizing. People are not just colleagues—they’re mentors, cheerleaders, and friends. Innovation is encouraged, and great ideas are celebrated regardless of your title or tenure. Work-life balance is respected, and flexibility is built into the way we work. The benefits are competitive, and the perks (like team events, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives) make it clear that this company invests in its people. If you're looking for a place where you can grow, be challenged, and feel truly appreciated, this is it.

Cons

As with any fast-paced and growing company, things can move quickly and priorities may shift. This can be challenging for those who prefer a more structured or predictable environment. However, the leadership team is receptive to feedback and continuously works to improve communication and clarity.
