It really feels like a large group of people who care about each other first and who happen to also work together. Coming from other companies that didn't have that sense of teamwork really makes it stand out at MHS. The leadership is humble enough to accept input and ideas on how to make the company grow. I feel like it's a big enough company to know it's not going to fail, but small enough that my voice can still be heard and things can change for the better.

There is work required of everyone. It's hard to just hide and get away with a free paycheck.

It’s hard to say a bad thing about my company. I say my company because I feel like I belong here. I’ve received guidance, training, trust and understanding from peers and managers. Not to mention the owners Vance and Lori Rhead take care of your family as they would their own. I believe with my whole heart I’ll never leave. Truly the only reason I find myself on this particular sight is searching for reviews on my wife’s future career prospects. Thank you for your time and if you have an opportunity to work here you should strongly consider jumping on the opportunity. However if you do not match the community values or find it hard to be a team player please don’t consider. :)

Competitive pay so nothing crazy but fair and they reward work ethic . So the downside to mountain air is you’re not going to get paid simply to exist. However the growth is here and you can make some really good money
