      Pros

      The clients that are there are amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know each and every one of them.

      Cons

      HIPAA violations, Abuse, Neglect, Prison is a better place for some of these clients. 3 clients have died since I left the company. Some of these deaths were preventable. Upper management is abusive to the DSP's, they play on how much you care about the clients to manipulate you to be over worked, under paid, and they refuse to help when you ask for it.

      Pros

      Starting pay is $22.00 an hour for no experience. Flexible work hours, pick and choose what works best for you. Stable management team. Free medical insurance.

      Cons

      Some of the clients in our services can be tough although this is not Mountain Valley's fault.

      Loved the clients and the job that I was doing

      The pay was awful (fast food restaurants were paying more per hour)
