No accountability whatsoever. So many interruptions, it’s impossible to focus and finish work in a timely manner. Doctors and nurses are never on the same page. Lack of communication. Overtime was finally approved but without incentives. Horrible work life balance. Office was in a dark and dusty closet. The hospital is filthy! Dated technology….Short staffing made it impossible to use PTO. I could go on and on. This is the most toxic place I have ever worked.
