      Lots of company events or contest to build morale

      Cons

      Let me go and didn't give me a reason, told future employers I was non rehireable (even though they said I was rehireablr during my exit interview) for 7 months until a random interview with another company the manager offered to help me get resolved.

      Pros

      Great work life balance, easy going people, smart and driven leaders, and gym/restaurant on campus is a nice perk. If you work hard career opportunities are there.

      Cons

      Pay and benefits are below industry standard. Medical leaves is bare minimum, out of pocket benefits are the highest I’ve ever paid, and raises don’t keep up with inflation. If they addressed this, this company would be one of the best in dfw.
