Pros
Good Benefits, Good PTO, Good Hours, Good Pay, Good Training, Lots of opportunity for overtime. The app management uses to give us information and news is very helpful and makes it easy to find information. I had a hard time with my numbers when I was an order puller and my supervisor worked with me to improve them and when I didn't they worked with me to find me another position to apply to so I wouldn't be let go. I know some people have had problems with their supervisors but the ones I've had put a lot of effort in and tried their best to accommodate and help their employees.
Cons
They're very strict with attendance - my partner was let go after missing a week due to illness and I have gotten write-ups for being one or two minutes late from break. Occasionally there will be mandatory Saturdays but in the almost four years I've worked there we have one had that happen after the 2021 winter storm because most of the warehouse employees were unable to make it in that week so we got behind and had to make it up.
