Management is full of people that pressure you by threatening firing every month. They tell you one thing and another actually happens. You’re not actually selling you’re pressuring people to buy security while lying to them. They lie about how you’re paid. You’re not salary you’re hourly and they randomly will take your vacation days away from you. This company is built on the foundation of lies. They have an insane turnover rate. Out of the 10 people in my start group only I remain. I do not know one person that has been here longer than 2 years besides management. Several of the managers are younger than college grads coming out of school. These same managers pressure exert power by threatening them with firing, docking pay, and even going to HR with fake accusations to try to get you fired that way. Very little diversity in management all white men. The culture here is sexual harassment heavy, only know of like 10 females that work here.
