You can work from home Managers don't know what they're doing and unresponsive so if you like to slack off this may be a benefit for you
Cons
Everything about the place Constant turnaround Managers with no sales experience whatsoever tanking a team Your manager may even be homeless and unavailable for weeks on end if you're lucky. I wish I actually read the real reviews on this place outside of the paid ones because everything they said was true. You're virtually given only 2 months and you're provided 4-8 real leads a day. They tell you before you start its all warm leads and you're not selling anything and let me tell you BOY DO THEY JUST BOLDLY LIE LIE LIE. You must learn how to sell security and if you can't then you're out after the first month. They start with big classes of 14 and next thing you know its only 2 of you left. Do not fall for the trap. Never stop applying to places while you waste their clock. Company is a scam its really just a security sales job with bogus leads and terrible management. They bribe you with awardco money to leave good reviews so they can drown out the bad, but don't let this get lost. You'll never be able to move sideways in the company. Please ask them how many times that has happened and ask to speak to those people in the company. You'll never find them because they don't exist. All around terrible company with a terrible business model with ice cold leads. Good luck doing that for 50k a year
